We hope you love your purchases from Sarah Wallace Designs, however if for any reason you need to return anything please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it, and return item within 14 working days. 
Items will only be refunded if they are returned in the original packaging in an undamaged, unused saleable state. 
Please return orders to:
Sarah Wallace Designs, 3 Waterton Meadows, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, AB41 9QR.
If you are returning any items please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit without proof of sending.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund either initial delivery or return postage costs unless item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Delivery

We use both Royal Mail and DPD for the delivery of our items. We offer a flat postage and packaging rate of £3.95 regardless of your purchase or number of items purchased (for UK Mainland deliveries only). If you would like an item to be shipped overseas this can be arranged so please get in touch.

Should your item(s) be damaged at all during transit please contact us within 5 working days with photographic evidence of the packaging and damage.

Please expect the following lead times for orders:

2-3 weeks for orders of cushions and lampshades

up to 4 working days for candle orders (for in-stock candles)
